Before Cambium offered the operating layer to anyone, our founder built one under his own company. Scaling Engine grew past $200k a year on this exact playbook: diagnose the constraint, turn it into a system, hand the system to someone who is not the founder.
To be clear about what this is: not a client engagement, and we won't dress it up as one. It's the proving ground. Every step of the method earned its place here first.
